Fast Forward

In the past two years, in which I have neglected my blog, I have:

1. Begun wearing only skirts and dresses.
2. Welcomed our third baby girl.

3. Experienced a great deal of change in our church experience, from leaving, visiting, home-churching, and settling into a new church.

4. Started covering my head, per 1 Corinthians 11.

5. Embarked on an urban homesteading adventure, with ducks, chickens, and a large garden.

6. Delved into canning, butchering, and cooking more and more from scratch.

7. Experienced a great deal of growth in trusting God for His provision.

8. Learned to questioned what the world accepts as normal and acceptable.

9. Grown closer and closer to my husband, as we grow closer to our Lord, desiring to honor Him with every decision we make.

AND...

10. Discovered that God has blessed us with another little bundle of joy, being knit together in secret. Baby #4 is due next July. Boy or Girl? I think we're going to wait to find out. Now to decide on some names!!

I probably won't be posting on a regular basis, but it seems this is as good a resource as any to chronicle my everyday musings and memories that might brighten someone else's day just a bit.

Coming Sept. '09: Boggin #3 :-D

That's right.  We found out Monday, that I am expecting.  Our third child is due September 10th just before Lydia's second birthday.  We are elated.  My M-I-L dreamt that I was pregnant (before we told her) and that it is going to be a boy, so we'll see!
